== Haunting / Legend Summary == The central legend claims that a hunter was accidentally shot and killed on or near the Dug Hill Bridge, which is said to cross the Auglaize River. His spirit allegedly haunts the bridge, and it is believed that if one crosses the bridge at midnight, the ghost will appear and chase the traveler. While frequently told in the [[Wapakoneta]] area, the exact location of the bridge remains unclear. A structure labeled Dug Hill Road exists near the [[Allen County]] line and features a WPA-era bridge built in the 1930s, which some believe to be the true location.
