== Haunting / Legend Summary == According to local accounts, two child spirits — one male and one female — are said to haunt the auditorium of Springfield North High School. Witnesses have described seeing a young boy on the catwalks above the stage, often appearing to play or move quickly out of sight. Others have reported the sound of children’s laughter echoing through the auditorium when the area was unoccupied, as well as light footsteps moving across the stage. The activity is reportedly concentrated in the auditorium area, where construction is believed to have disturbed two unmarked graves. The haunting is most often reported during quiet hours, particularly in the evening when rehearsals or stage work occur with minimal audience presence.
